Rearchitecting/implementing Turbotronic tools applications (which were built using 20+ year old technologies) into highly performant (~10x to 40x speed improvements), maintainable applications using modern technologies - .NET8, C#, SQL server, Web services, React. Responsibilities include – architecting/implementing/production support of the applications, coordinating offshore team of developers / testers, onsite team of developers/testers, interacting with business users/leaders onsite to gather requirements and create innovative technical solutions for the requirements. Other responsibilities – Leading scrum calls, grooming backlog, code reviews, coding standards, ideas for Intern projects & mentoring junior team members, interns etc. Turbotronic tools are set of applications used throughout the lifecycle of Turbine affecting the mechanical, electrical & control system schematics and sales, support and delivery.
